New version of ZAW-FA effective from 1 February 2026

The Ministry of Finance has released a new version of the ZAW-FA form, used to manage authorisations for access to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). Until 31 January, version 2 of the form was in force; however, from 1 February, version 3 must be used, as it is now the valid version for submitting notifications.

What is the ZAW-FA form?

ZAW-FA is a notification used to grant or revoke authorisations to use the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

This form is used, among other things, to:

  • grant KSeF access rights to designated individuals (e.g. employees, representatives, accounting offices),

  • revoke previously granted access rights,

  • organise access within the company and ensure that only authorised persons can handle e-invoices in KSeF.

How can the ZAW-FA form be submitted?

The ZAW-FA form can be submitted electronically (e.g. via the e-Tax Office, e-Deliveries) or in paper form—depending on the taxpayer’s needs.

1) Electronically

The most convenient option is to submit the form online through systems provided by the tax administration.

2) In paper form

The form can also be submitted in the traditional way:

  • in person at the tax office,

  • or by sending the document by post.
