Recently, we had the pleasure of participating in a unique event from the SoDA Finance Live Workshop series, co-organized by JWW, ControllingNOW, and SoDA (Software Development Association Poland). The meeting took place in the inspiring space of TENGO Design in Warsaw and brought together finance industry experts, representatives of controlling departments, as well as owners and CFOs of IT companies to discuss the future of financial process execution in the Polish IT sector.

The following segment centered on controlling in the software development sector. Speakers discussed:

Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and share their own experiences during the Q&A session.
Experience Exchange and Networking
The event concluded with a networking session, during which participants engaged in one-on-one conversations with experts from JWW and ControllingNOW. Topics included choosing the right financial service model, system integration, cooperation with operational departments, and the competencies needed in modern finance teams.
