JWW Accounting Office at the 34th Academic Job Fair – event summary

On October 23, 2024, JWW Biuro Rachunkowe had the honor of participating in the 34th Academic Job Fair organized by the Wrocław University of Economics. Our stand attracted the attention of students and graduates who were interested in the contemporary labor market, as well as in searching for stable and promising jobs. JWW was represented by Karolina and Kasia.

What was happening at the JWW stand?

At our stand, Karolina and Kasia talked not only about the specifics of working in an accounting office, but also presented its daily challenges. They presented how JWW helps entrepreneurs improve accounting, HR and payroll processes and manage documentation, which is crucial in today’s dynamically changing business environment.

Why is it important to us?

The Academic Job Fair is an excellent opportunity to establish relationships with young talents who will soon enter the labor market. We want to cooperate with people full of passion and ready to develop in the finance and accounting industry. We are convinced that JWW can offer them ideal conditions for gaining experience and developing their skills in working with modern ERP systems and RPA processes.

What did we learn from the participants?

During the fair, we received a lot of valuable feedback. Students asked us about career development opportunities, as well as specific skills that are valued in the accounting and finance industry. We were also pleased with the great interest in modern technologies that streamline business processes, which is one of the main areas of JWW’s activity.

Participating in the Academic Job Fair was an inspiring experience for us. We are grateful for all the meetings and conversations that confirmed our belief that there is huge potential among young people who are ready to support the development of our clients. We look forward to more events of this type that will allow us to introduce JWW Biuro Rachunkowe to a new generation of professionals.
