JWW: training and coaching workshops
On March 2-3, 2023, the team of JWW Accounting Office took part in the “Cooperation in a team” workshop. The classes were aimed at extracting positive energy from us, thanks to which we will improve teamwork and communication. The training was conducted for us by an experienced trainer Alicja Buczak – Zapart.
The two-day workshop was organized in the Concordia Design building in the heart of Wyspa Słodowa. The schedule of classes included, above all, communication, which is the key to success in teamwork. During the workshop, we focused on such elements as: the ability to build bonds and cooperate with others, the ability to work in a group to achieve common goals. We also focused on how to solve emerging problems together.
