🌵¡Viva la Fiesta! JWW Team Integration

Does team integration always have to mean a trip out of town? Definitely not! This time, we transformed our office garden into the perfect setting for a Mexican fiesta.

For a few hours, our garden was filled with sombreros, colourful ponchos, iconic movie-style Mexican moustaches (Magda, you definitely won the best costume award! 🎉), and plenty of positive energy. There was delicious food, great conversations, and laughter that could probably be heard throughout the whole neighbourhood.

As always, our amazing Martynas (❤️) from the Administration Department made sure everyone had plenty of reasons to laugh. Once again, they didn’t disappoint! They prepared a team game full of humour that encouraged collaboration, friendly competition, and lots of unforgettable moments. And of course, the winning teams didn’t leave empty-handed—there were prizes waiting for them, making the competition even more exciting.

For us, gatherings like this are simply an opportunity to slow down for a while and enjoy each other’s company. It’s during moments like these that we get to know one another beyond our day-to-day roles, making collaboration back at work even stronger.

A huge thank you to everyone for bringing such fantastic energy, enthusiasm, and the true spirit of a Mexican fiesta. We already can’t wait for the next team get-together!
