JWW as a Partner of the Event “Women – The Future of Business” – 3rd Anniversary of the Przedsiębiorcze i Odważne Association
The 3rd anniversary of the Przedsiębiorcze i Odważne (Entrepreneurial and Courageous) Association took place under the slogan “Women – The Future of Business” – and it’s hard to imagine a more fitting summary of the atmosphere of this exceptional event. As a partner of the gathering, JWW Accounting Office proudly supported this initiative that connects businesswomen, inspires action, and shows that courage and authenticity are the foundation of success.
Inspiring Conversations and Panels
The day, full of inspiring discussions, began with a ceremonial welcome of the participants.
The first panel – “Women with Character – The Hospitality Industry Through the Eyes of Female Leaders” – was led by Balbina Jóźwiak, Joanna Górnacka, and Marta Stawińska-Janiec, Business Development Director at The Bridge Wrocław MGallery. The conversation highlighted how determination and passion drive women in the hospitality industry.
The next panel, “Courage – Leadership in a Female Way”, moderated by Ewa Nowak-Iskra, focused on the stories of women who prove every day that leadership strength takes many forms. The discussion featured Kamila Kowalska (Human Partner), Anna Andrych (Wealthon), Dr. Agnieszka Łuszpak-Zając (SDZLEGAL Schindhelm), and Anna Derucka (HR Director).
A particularly meaningful moment for JWW was the panel “Personality – How to Build a Brand and a Company Based on Trust and Authenticity”, led by Ewa Piotrowska, Sales Director at JWW and President of Przedsiębiorcze i Odważne.
In conversation with Joanna Holanowska (Innovation Clinic), Emilia Sznajder (Kiszonki Sznajder), Anna Schulz (HR expert, former H&M Director), and Marek Bąkowski (Bąkowscy-BHP Management), the panel explored the themes of courage in decision-making, business values, and the role of credibility in building a brand.
Awards, Inspiration, and Female Energy
The event was filled with emotional moments – including the awards ceremony for association members and the announcement of the TOP Business Contest, which honored entrepreneurs with exceptional vision and determination.
The evening featured an artistic program, beginning with a powerful keynote speech by Prof. Barbara Mróz-Gorgoń, whose “The Polish Brand Is a Woman” talk captivated the audience and encouraged participants to pursue their goals with even greater confidence.
The highlight of the evening was the performance “Dance That Inspires” – a symbolic story of feminine strength, passion, and harmony.
Networking and Collaboration Full of Inspiration
After the official part, participants had the opportunity to connect during live-music networking. Conversations about business, plans, and dreams turned into new contacts and inspiring ideas for future projects.
The event once again proved that women are not only the future of business – they are actively creating that future, supporting one another and sharing experiences.
We sincerely thank all participants for their presence, energy, and time spent together!
This event will long be remembered as proof that the strength of women in business lies in authenticity, collaboration, and the courage to make dreams come true.
