JWW ACCOUNTING OFFICE – OPERATIONS

A prerequisite for meticulous accounting services for QUADIENT Poland was knowledge of the SAP system, which is currently the largest and longest-operating integrated IT system on the market, designed to effectively support enterprise management.

Providing the highest quality services requires proper recording of all incurred costs as well as knowledge of the company’s products in order to issue sales invoices accurately, including for foreign customers.

Payment control and bank account management required JWW to maintain strict supervision over available funds and ensure absolute compliance with payment deadlines.

COOPERATION

From October 2011 to May 2018, we provided full accounting services, including bank account handling, reporting, issuing sales invoices, and managing the company’s tax matters.

We also delivered comprehensive HR and payroll services for the specialists employed by the company.
