JWW is a participant of the Impact Academy in Dublin

On June 5-7, 2024, Alliott Global Alliance has prepared a dedicated Impact Academy training program for companies associated with the alliance, aimed at building leadership and entrepreneurship skills. This year, JWW was represented by Monika and Elżbieta, who met in Ireland with over 40 professionals from around the world.

Alliott Global Alliance’s program was created exclusively for alliance members, in particular for current and future leaders of their companies. Impact Academy is a highly interactive, engaging program that is dedicated to leaders making an impact in their complex and demanding roles. The opportunity to exchange experiences with representatives of the world’s leading accounting, legal and consulting companies allowed us to gain new, valuable perspectives. For 2 days, participants from around the world received expert coaching designed to make a long-term impact on their companies and build their personal brand.

The program was conducted by two experienced trainers – Elisabet Vinberg Hearn, author of best-selling books on leadership and culture, involved in the MBA Leadership and Sustainable Development program, and Joanna Keeling, who gained her professional experience, among others, as HR Director of Red Bull in the UK. The Impact Academy program aims to ensure that participants are prepared to lead and manage in the changing, transformative times we now live in.

Impact Academy is an extremely valuable experience that not only enriched Monika and Elżbieta with new knowledge and skills, but also allowed them to strengthen relationships with Alliott Global Alliance representatives. We are proud that we could take part in such a prestigious event and we are convinced that the experience gained will contribute to the further development of our company!
