JWW participates in Impact Academy in Lisbon
On May 24-26, Alliott Global Alliance prepared a special Impact Academy program for companies associated in the alliance, which aims to develop leadership and entrepreneurship skills. JWW was represented by Karolina and Kinga, who met in Lisbon with over 40 professionals from around the world.
The Alliott Globall Alliance’s proprietary program was created exclusively for alliance members, specifically for current and future leaders of their companies. Impact Academy is a highly interactive, engaging program that is dedicated to leaders making an impact in their complex and challenging roles. For 3 days, participants from around the world received expert coaching to make a long-term impact on their companies and build their personal brand.

The program was conducted in front of two experienced trainers – Elisabet Vinberg Hearn, best-selling author on leadership and culture, who is involved in the MBA Leadership and Sustainability program, and Joanna Keeling, who gained her professional experience as HR Director of Red Bull in the UK, among others. The aspiration of the Impact Academy program is to ensure that participants are prepared to lead and manage in the changing, disruptive times we are currently living in.
Impact Academy is another chance to strengthen the alliance of world leaders in accounting, legal and auditing companies.
This time Karolina and Kinga took an active part in it..
