JWW at the Alliott Global Alliance EMEA 2025 Conference in Vienna
From May 21–23, 2025, Vienna—the heart of European culture and business—hosted one of the most important events in the calendar of international advisory firms: the regional Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) conference for the EMEA region. A total of 116 delegates from 43 countries attended the event, and JWW Accounting Office had the honor of being one of the participants representing Poland.
Theme: “Together as One” – A Community that Drives Growth
Under the banner “Together as One”, numerous sessions, workshops, and panel discussions were held, all aimed at transforming growth into tangible impact—both business and social. In the face of global challenges such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development, AGA emphasizes deepening international collaboration and developing common standards within the alliance, which today spans more than 100 countries.
Key Topics of the Conference
-
Artificial Intelligence in Practice
During hands-on workshops led by experts such as Karol Stryja, Marcin Sawicki from the Prompt School, and Remco Visser, participants had the opportunity to explore advanced techniques for using generative AI tools in the work of accountants and lawyers. The workshops demonstrated how to improve the efficiency and accuracy of everyday tasks with the right prompts and tools.
-
Sustainability and ESG as Opportunities for SMEs
With the participation of experts like Jessica Sansom (EIT Food) and Andrea Lottici (Windrose International Consulting), the session “Seizing the ESG/Sustainability Advisory Opportunity” focused on the opportunities that ESG consulting offers to mid-sized firms. Discussions covered topics such as access to funding, attracting corporate clients, and specific ESG service models that can be implemented by law and accounting firms.
-
The Future of Professional Service Firms
Simon McCrum, consultant and author of the trilogy “The Perfect Legal Business”, presented his vision of the future of professional firms in the context of talent management, team motivation, and modern leadership. At the heart of his talk was the human factor—as the most important asset of any organization, even in the era of AI.
Networking, Culture, and New Perspectives
In addition to a robust educational agenda, the organizers provided numerous opportunities for networking. Events such as a chocolate tasting at Labstelle, evening dinners at Artner and Pfarrwirt restaurants, and a guided tour of Schönbrunn Palace created the perfect setting for informal conversations, experience sharing, and relationship-building—crucial for operating in an international environment.
Participating in the Alliott Global Alliance conference in Vienna was not only a chance for JWW to gain insights and inspiration but also a real opportunity to expand international relationships and implement innovative solutions in the local market. We are proud to have co-created this exceptional event and are already working on putting the knowledge gained into practice.
See you at the next edition of AGA!
